Hermes-Epitek to Showcase Key Process Innovations and Next-generation Technology at SEMICON Taiwan 2025
Hermes-Epitek along with its subsidiaries Hermes Testing Solutions (HTSI), Advanced Ion Beam Technology (AIBT), and several business partners will jointly participate in SEMICON Taiwan from September 10 to 12, 2025, and set up booths M0634 and M0538 on the 4th floor of Hall 1 of Nangang International Exhibition Center to showcase a full range of solutions covering semiconductor equipment, wide bandgap semiconductor materials, and advanced process technologies.
Focusing on the Development of Key Process Equipment to Upgrade Production Lines
Over the past four decades in the semiconductor industry, Hermes-Epitek has combined its R&D capabilities with international partners in advanced equipment to assist fabs and panel plants in Taiwan and Southeast Asia with process upgrades and capacity expansion. Over the years, Hermes-Epitek has invested its resources in fundamental research on front-end equipment and is committed to developing its own equipment, successfully developing key semiconductor processing equipment, including e-beam inspection systems, low-energy high-current ion implanters, ICP etchers, and metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) systems. We continue to lead the development of cutting-edge process technologies.

In the field of wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC), Hermes-Epitek engages in silicon carbide crystal growth, epitaxy, IC design, and wafer foundry.
