Hermes-Epitek Corp., together with Advanced Ion Beam Technology, Inc. (AIBT), Hermes Testing Solutions Inc. (HTSI), and several business partners, will participate in SEMICON Taiwan 2026 from September 2–4. The companies will exhibit at Booths M0634 and M0538 on the fourth floor of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, showcasing key semiconductor process equipment, compound semiconductor materials, semiconductor testing solutions, and key components andprocess technologies for quantum photonics.
Exhibition highlights will include equipment such as low-energy, high-current ion implanters,inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etchers, and metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) systems, as well as 8-inch and 12-inch silicon carbide (SiC) wafers. These offerings demonstrate Hermes-Epitek’s technological achievements in advanced semiconductor processing and compound semiconductors.
In response to the rapid advancement of quantum technology, Hermes-Epitek has expanded its R&D efforts in superconducting thin-film epitaxy and quantum-device fabrication in recent years. The company has established a technology platform for the epitaxial growth of superconducting thin films and continues to advance the research and development of quantum photonic devices, including superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD) systems and quantum photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
These technologies will also be featured in the Quantum Zone at SEMICON Taiwan 2026, highlighting Hermes-Epitek’s growing capabilities and strategic advancements in quantum computing and quantum communications.
